摘要
运用气相色谱 质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对来自百合Liliumbrowniivar.colchesteri中的2种甾体皂苷元进行了直接分析,并根据其GC/MS、红外光谱、紫外光谱和核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)等数据对其结构进行了鉴定.结果表明:气 质联用仪(GC/MS)直接分析甾体皂苷元快速、方便,不仅需要样品量少,而且能同时获得样品的色谱图和质谱图,适合于大量试样的分析.2种百合皂苷元的光谱数据经分析,并与文献标准对照,鉴定百合皂苷元1为薯蓣皂苷元(diosgenin),百合皂苷元2为提果皂苷元(tigogenin).
In this article, two kinds of steroidal sapogenins from bulbs of Lilium Brownii Var.colchesteri were analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry (GC/MS) and their identification were conducted by the data of EI/MS, IR, UV and 13C NMR. The results showed that direct analysis of steroidal sapogenins by GC/MS is simple and convenient. The method only needs very little sample to obtain both the sample's chromatograph and its EI/MS spectrum. Thus it was particularly suitable for analysis of a large amount of steroidal sapogenins samples. Spectra data of the two steroidal sapogenins from bulbs of Lilium brownii var.colchesteri were analyzed and compared with the literature standards. Their identification were conducted. One is SpirostanEn3Ol, 3. Beta, 5. Alpha, 25R(diosgenin), and the other is Spirostan3Ol, 3.Beta.,5.Alpha.,25R(tigogenin).
