摘要
褶皱臂尾轮虫BrachionusplicatilisMüller在不同环境条件下的种群增殖率和所达到的最高种群密度的结果显示:自然光照条件下种群增殖率要高于全暗条件。自然光照条件下以小球藻Chlorellasp和酵母混合为饵料组的种群饵料效果最佳,小球藻组次之,酵母组最差;以小球藻为饵料,自然光照条件相同,分别接种1,10,20,25,30/mL中,种群日平均增殖率以接种1/mL最高(0.4326),但到达峰值最晚。可达最高种群密度以接种30/mL的最高(60.4/mL)。轮虫增殖率在相同光照条件下,以小球藻为饵料最大。接种密度以20~25/mL适宜。
The population growth rate and max density of Brachionus plicatilis Müller cultured under different conditions were studied in this research.The results showed that the population growth rate of the group exposed to nature light treatment was higher than that exposed to dark.Under nature light,the population growth rate of the group with the mixed feed containing Chlorella sp and yeast was the highest one,and those of the group fed on Chlorella sp or yeast followed respectively.Fed on Chorella sp and under the nature light,the highest value of growth rate 0.4326 was got in the group with the initial density of 1.0 ind/mL,although,the latest to get the peak.The highest initial density was 30.0 ind/mL.According to the results,the best culture condition of Brachionus plicatilis Müller were under nature light, fed on Chlorella sp,and with the initial population density of 20~25 ind/mL.
