摘要
本研究以低温脱脂豆粕为原料,利用微波对其进行前处理,以提高浸提效率。试验结果表明,适当的微波处理不但可以提高大豆异黄酮的溶出率,同时可提高提取操作的选择性,是一种有效的处理方法。
The research takes the defatted soybean meal as raw material,pre treatment by microwave to improve the extracting efficiency.The result showed that the adaptive microwave treatment not only enhanced the extracting rate,but also increased the selectivity of extracting operation.So it's a very efficient processing method.
