针对目前我国建设工程成本管理水平较低的现状 ,从合同管理出发阐述了确定索赔数额的原则 ,提出了初步改善现状的具体方法 。

Based on the comparative low level of cost management for construction projects, this article makes, from the viewpoint of contractual management, a description of the principle of determining the amount for a claim, presents concrete means of initially improving the status quo before introducing a fundamental method of promoting the claims by making use of the cost information management.
