摘要
《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》已作为国家标准规范发布实施。此文简要介绍了该规范的主要内容 ,论述了其重要作用 ,研究了实施中需要注意的问题 ,并提出在铁路建设工程中如何贯彻的建议。
The 'Specifications of Charging on Bill of Quantities of Construction Projects'have been published and implemented as national standard specifications. This article makes a briefing on the main content and gives a description of the importance of the specifications and conducts studies of the problems calling for attention during implementation before presenting a proposal of how to carry out the specifications in railway construction works.
