笔者结合多年在编制投标书过程中的经验 ,针对投标书编制所需资料的整理、准备及编制方法等内容 ,系统阐述快速编制投标书的方法。

Combined with years of the author's personal experience in the procedures of bid preparation, the article systematically describes the methods of quickly making the bid in relation to the sorting of data, preparations needed for and preparing of the bid so as to meet the purpose of improving bid quality, which is of reference value to construction enterprises when preparing bids.
