摘要
为探讨原发性甲状腺功能减退症 (甲减 )患者甲状腺功能与心肌酶谱的关系 ,检测了 18例原发性甲减患者和 18例查体健康者 (对照组 )的空腹血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (FT3)、游离甲状腺素 (FT4 )、高敏促甲状腺激素 (sTSH)、肌酸激酶 (CK)及其同工酶CK MB、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及其同工酶HBDH、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇 (Tch)。结果显示 ,原发性甲减患者AST、CK、CK MB、LDH、HBDH及Tch均明显高于对照组(P分别 <0 0 0 1、0 0 0 1、0 0 5、0 0 0 5、0 0 0 5、0 0 0 5 ) ;sTSH和FT4与心肌诸酶、Tch均无相关性 ;FT3与CK MB呈负相关 (r=- 0 5 3 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,与Tch呈负相关 (r=- 0 5 2 8,P <0 0 5 )。提示原发性甲减患者常伴心肌诸酶及Tch升高 ,其FT3水平下降与CK MB。
To investigate the relations between thyroid function and myocardial enzymes in patients with primary hypothyroidism,creatine kinase (CK) with it's isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) with it's isoenzyme (HBDH),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),total cholesterol(Tch),free triiodothyronine (FT 3),free thyroxin(FT 4),sensitive thyrotropin (sTSH) were measured in 18 patients with primary hypothyroidism and 18 healthy subjects.Results showed that AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,HBDH and Tch in patients were significantly higher than in healthy subjects(P<0.001,0.001,0.05,0.005,0.005).FT 4 and sTSH had no relation with myocardial enzymes and Tch,but FT 3 was negatively related with CK-MB(r=-0.53,P<0.05)and Tch(r=-0.528,P<0.05).These suggest that myocardial enzymes and Tch are increased in patients with primary hypothyroidism,and the lower level of FT 3 was responsible for the higher levels of CK-MB and Tch.
