摘要
为探讨F1+ 2及SFMC在糖尿病合并冠心病中的变化及意义 ,采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测 2 8例糖尿病合并冠心病患者 (试验组 )静脉血凝血酶原片段 1+ 2 (F1+ 2 )及纤维蛋白单体复合物 (SFMC)水平 ,并与2 5例单纯糖尿病患者 (对照组 )进行比较。结果显示 ,试验组F1+ 2、SFMC水平均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 5、<0 0 1) ;其它出凝血指标如凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)、纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)、血浆因子Ⅶ促凝活性 (FⅦ :c)等两组比较无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。试验组与对照组空腹血糖 (FBG)、甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)水平无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)水平有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。两组血流变学中全血比粘度 (中切 )、血浆比粘度无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。提示血栓前状态与糖尿病合并冠心病有密切关系 ,F1+
To investigate the changes and significance of prothrombin fragment 1+2 (F1+2) and soluble fribrin monomer complex(SFMC) in diabetes mellitus(DM)complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD),Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay(ELISA) was used to measure the level of plasma F1+2 and SFMC in 28 cases with DM complicated with CHD(test group),and compared with 25 cases with DM(control group).Results showed the concentrations of plasma F1+2 and SFMC in test group were significantly higher than in control group (P<0.005,<0.01).The concentrations of plasma PT,APTT,Fbg and FⅦ:c were not statistically different between test group and control group(P>0.05).The concentrations of plasma first blood glucose (FBG),trintroglycerin (TG),total cholesterol (TC) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were not statistically different in two groups(P>0.05),but low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was significantly different(P>0.05).Blood ratio viscosity and plasma ratio viscosity were not significantly different(P>0.05) and hematocrit and red blood cell aggregation have statistical difference(P<0.05) in two groups.These suggest there is closed relationship between prothrombotic state and DM complicated with CHD.Plasma F1+2 and SFMC may become forecast quotas for CHD in patients with DM.
