摘要
非常规水轮机通常采用低比转速径流式,这种型式水轮机在国民经济建设各领域的应用越来越多,但人们对这种水轮机的研究还很少 因而针对这种水轮机如何确定流量很小等特殊条件下的导水部件型式,以及如何正确地认识导水部件内部及其到转轮前的流动状况等关系到设计参数的实现和能量性能优劣的问题,进行了理论分析、流动模型假设、结构设计,并选择了若干种方案进行能量试验验证 试验结果表明:作者采用的导水部件及流动模型是合理的,设计方案是正确的,为同类水轮机的研究。
Unconventional water turbine usually adopts lowrate revolution and has been used in many fields, while the study on it is still few. To solve problems about how this kind of turbine be selected when the flux is very low, to understand the inside waterleading part and the fluxion status prior to the impeller, the theory, flowing model and design of the structure are presented in this paper. At the same time, some testing schemes are chosen to validate the energy output. The results show that the flowing model adopted is reasonable and the design scheme is correct. It is beneficial for other researchers in the study and design of such type of water turbines.
