M/G/1 Repairable Queueing System with Negative Customers

摘要 M G 1排队模型在理论和应用方面已得到了许多有意义的结果,对负顾客的研究可从不同的角度、不同的方法、不同的机制来进行 作者首次把负顾客和可修系统作了结合,研究了一类负顾客的M G 1可修排队系统 服务规则是先到先服务,负顾客抵消正顾客 使用经典方法"补充变量法"和状态转移方程分析该模型,得到了这一模型的排队指标和可靠性指标。 There are plenty of meaningful results both in theory and in applications concerning M/G/1 queue model. The study of negative customers can be carried out from different points of view and by different methods. For the first time, this paper combines negative customers with repairable queueing system with a study of a type of M/G/1 repairable queueing system with negative customers. Service discipline is 'first come first service' and negative customers replacing positive ones. By using classical 'supplemental variables method' and state transfer analyses, queueing indexes and reliability indexes are obtained. Thus the theoretical system of the queue with negative customers is enriched greatly.
