摘要
考察了不同反应条件对酶催化氧化效率的影响。结果表明,对于苯酚、邻氯苯酚和邻氨基酚三种单一含酚废水的处理,当pH接近中性时,酚的去除率最高,分别为75%、95%和62%。在低温(4℃)和高温(40℃)下,苯酚废水和苯酚-邻氯苯酚-邻氨基酚混合废水的酚去除率下降约10%。在处理中不同的酚类物间存在明显的协同效应。
The results of the study on oxidation dephenolization of waste water catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase show that for the treatment of waste waters containing only one of the three phenols (phenol,o-chlorophenol and o-aminophenol), the highest pheanol removal efficiency can be reached at pH values around 7. It was also found that at low (4℃) and high (40℃) temperatures, the removal efficiencies reducedby about 10%, and in the treatment of waste water containing more than one phenols, there existed synergistic effect among various phenols resulting in phenol removal efficiencies as high as 95%.
