变频器在二流量试井应用中的几个特殊问题

Several Special Problems of Frequency Changers in the Application of Two-rate Tests.

变频器是抽油井二流量试井的主要设备。其负载为抽油机 ,因而在应用中会多次出现工作频率调不上去、直流过压保护、放电组件烧坏等问题。本文在分析导致这些问题出现原因的基础上 。

The frequency changer is a main piece of two rate tests for pump wells which loading is pimping unit.As a result,in application there are some problems such as the operating frequency may not rise up,the direct current overpressure may be protected,the discharge module may be burn down and so on.In this paper corresponding treatment methoda are presented through analyzing causes of the problem.
