A Study on the Strategy of the Utilization of Coal Fly-Ash Resources in Nanjing Area.

运用系统工程原理和运筹学的分析方法,对南京地区粉煤灰资源化利用的发展战略、制约因素及政策措施进行了分析,提出了一些方案措施,为南京市规划、管理和制定用灰政策提供了必要的科学依据。

This paper analyses the strategy, restrictive factors and policies of the utilization of coal fly-ash resources in Nanjing area by using systems engineering and decision-analysis method of operation research. A series of measures was put forward. This may lay a scientific foundation for the municipality of Nanjing to formulate the policy in the management of coal fly-ash in this area.
