摘要
运用 SCL- 90量表对云南省少数民族地区 4 2 0名中学体育教师的心理健康状况进行了调查。结果显示 :78.5 7%的中学体育教师存在程度不等的各种心理健康问题 ,且有随年龄增长而加重的趋势。对影响体育教师心理健康的因素及对策进行了探讨。
By using the self evaluation symptom form (SCL 90), this paper makes an investigation on mental health condition of 420 middle school physical education teachers. The result shows that 78.57% of middle school physical education teacher has different kind of mental health problem, and with the age increasing, this tendency becomes more serious. The author discusses the factors that influencing the physical education teacher mental health and countermeasure.
