摘要
An on chip spiral channel flow cell for flow injection chemiluminescent system was prepared. Microchannels were fabricated using standard photolithography, wet chemical etching and thermal bonding techniques. Due to the long spiral channel on the chip and the oblate trapezoid cross section, there was enough time for the chemiluminescent reagents and sample to mix and react completely. The light produced can be easy to be recorded. The present on chip flow cell was used for the determination of some organic pollutants with peroxomonosulfate cobalt(Ⅱ)chemiluminescent system and mangnese(Ⅱ)with periodate carbonate chemiluminescent system. The detection limits for humic acid, 2 naphthol, benzo thiazole and mangnese(Ⅱ)are 3 0×10 -7 g·g -1 , 2 0×10 -6 mol·l -1 and 5 0×10 -7 mol·l -1 using peroxomonosulfate cobalt(Ⅱ)chemiluminescent system, and 5 0×10 -9 mol·l -1 using periodate carbo nate chemiluminescent system(S/N=3), respectively. The application of this flow cell to determine manganese(Ⅱ)in well water is also carried. The results are satisfactory.
