摘要
乙醛发光分析法的检出限为8×10^(-11)g/ml,线性范围为5×10^(-10)g/ml-1×10^(-6)g/ml.对近30种常见无机物和有机物对乙醛测定的影响进行了试验,表明该方法具有良好的选择性.用于有机化工和印染废水中乙醛的测定,其回收率为94%~100%,变异系数为1.6%—6.4%。
The chemiluminescence reaction of iso-propal alcohol with CLO-H2O2 is enhanced by acetalde-hyde. This provides a novel chemiluminescence method for the determination of acetaldehyde. The linear range of the method is 5×10-10g/ml to 1×10-6g/ml with a detection limit of 8×10-11g/ml. The effect of foreign substances was also studied. The method has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of acetaldehyde in waste water.
