摘要 严重急性呼吸综合征波及中国在内的全球33个国家,已经造成经济和政治上的巨大损失,并严重危机到人民的生命安全和社会稳定。最近已经确定SARS病原为一种新的冠状病毒,并报道了其基因图谱序列。然而对SARS病毒进入人体后的致病途径,特别是导致SARS的发病机理目前知之甚少。简述了当今SARS病毒在急性肺损伤和重要免疫器官损伤中作用的最新进展和可能的作用机理。 Widespread prevalence of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in the China as well as in the world in-volved in 33 countries, has caused huge damage in economy and politics. Recently, pathogen of SARS has been confirmed asa new coronavirus and the genome sequences reported. However, it is little known on the pathogenic pathway of coronavirusand the pathogenesis of the SARS pathogen. The newest advances and the possible pathogenesis of SARS pathogen are playeda role in acute lung and major immune organs injury.
