摘要
对云南姚安三角大香糯稻用He-Ne激光(1.5 mW,632.8 nm)加电场磁场(电场强度1.2×106V/m,2.0×106V/m和磁感应强度4.8 T)辐照进行诱变育种试验.通过育种和田间试验发现,激光的诱变有一定的作用,被辐照过的稻种性状有部分变异.
The seeds of 'Yunnan Saojiao fragrant glutinous rice' were treated by He-Ne laser(power 1.5 mW)irradiationexcitation.Afer the seedling and experiment of paddy field growth,only a few of treated seeds showed the character variationis found.
