摘要
为了确定兔圆小囊淋巴组织中神经内分泌细胞的存在,采用NSE、S-100蛋白、P物质、突触素及5-羟色胺单克隆抗体对其进行了免疫组织化学观察及超微结构观察。结果显示:圆小囊淋巴组织中各区均含有NSE、S-100蛋白、P物质、突触素及5-羟色胺免疫组织化学反应阳性细胞。这些细胞散在或成团分布,其形态、大小及分布部位与嗜银细胞一致。电镜观察发现,在所观察的各例圆小囊样品中,淋巴组织中均见到含有分泌颗粒的细胞。这些细胞单个散在或成团分布于淋巴细胞、网状细胞、巨噬细胞等之间;分泌颗粒成簇分布于胞浆内,它们形态不一,大小不等,直径约100-600nm,有的细胞内颗粒含有明显的核芯和晕轮。根据上述特点。认为这些细胞应归属于弥散神经内分泌系统(DNES)。
Lymphoid tissue of succulus rotundus(S.R)of rabbit was observed by mins of immunochemistry and TEM. Theresults were as follows: immunohistochemistry positive reacting cells of neuron specific enolase (NSE), S-100 protein, sub-stance P, synapsin and 5-hydroxytryptamine were found in everywhere of lymphoid tissue of S.R. The cells containing cytoplas-mie endocrine particles were presented in the lymphoid tissues of all of the observed TEM samples. The cells frequently oc-curred in single or in mass. Their cytoplasmic particles were with 100—600nm in diameter. Some of the particles had obvious-ly cord and halo. The others were solitary. According to the results of above immunohistochemistry and ultrastructural observa-tion, it suggested that there were diffused neuroendocrine system(DNES) cells in the lymphoid tissue of S.R of rabbit. At thesame time, S.R of rabbit could be not only an immune organ, but also a neuroendcrine organ.
