摘要 DNA免疫是近年发展起来的一种新型免疫技术。由于其具有显著的优越性,特别适用于具有高度变异性的丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)疫苗的研制。对丙型肝炎病毒DNA免疫的研究证明,确可诱生较高水平的体液及细胞免疫应答。 DNA immunization is a new kind of immune technique developed in these years. Because of its apparent advan-tages, it is suitable for the development of vaccine for HCV which is highly variable. The research on HCV DNA immunizationproves that high level of humoral and cellular immune responses can be evokes through this immune method.
