摘要
提出了m进制数的按位加、按位减、按位乘及k位受限乘四种运算,并给出用这4种运算完成的正交拉丁方设计,这种方法比已有的正交拉丁方设计方法更简单、更通俗易懂、更便于计算机工作者使用。
This paper presents four operations for m carry system number, i.e. addition by bit, subtraction by bit, multiplicaiton by bit and restricted k -bit multiplication, furthermore, we succeed in designing orthogonal Latin Square by four operations. This method is much simpler, easier to understand than the previous method of designing orthogonal Latin square and it is also more convenient for computer professional to use.
