摘要
自行设计和制造出一套半固态钢铁材料制备与直接轧制装置。采用重直于水平面的布置方式,有空心水冷球墨轧辊等设备条件,可满足半固态钢铁材料直接轧制成型的试验要求,可轧制出所需内部组织和性能的产品。通过试验研究发现,影响半固态浆料流变轧制成型工艺稳定性的因素中,均匀稳定的半固态浆料定量输送技术是直接轧制成型工艺的技术关键。其他一些因素还会直接影响到轧制产品的组织及性能。
The devices to obtain semi-solid steel meterial and directly roll and form were designed by ourselves.The mill was installed vertically,and the hollow rolls which were made of globular graphite cast iron can be cooled by water, all of these can meet the experimental requisition of direct rolling and forming of semi-solid steel material,and the microstructure and property of the rolled products also meet the requirements. The experiments and study sugges-te that to transport homogeneous and steady semi-solid slurry quantificationally is the key one among the factros which affect the technologic stability of the semi-solid slurry rheorolling and forming, and the other factors will also affect the microstructure and property of rolled products.
