摘要
分析了当前信息服务平台的现状与不足,介绍了新兴的VoiceXML技术和基于该项技术的语音应用开发模式,提出了构建相应信息服务集成平台的新框架,同时给出了实现基于该项技术的语音信箱和呼叫转移功能的核心代码段。
The status and deficiency of general platform of enterprise information integration are analysed. A new frame of enterprise information integration is brought up based on VoiceXML technology and its developing platform of voice application systems. Two code examples under VoiceXML platform, voice mailbox and call transfer, are given.
