本文论述了加强本科教学工作的重要性 ,提出在高等教育规模扩大的新形势下 ,要牢固树立质量第一的思想 ,坚持教育创新 ,深化教学改革 ,转变教育观念 ,加强教学管理 ,抓好师资建设 ,营造良好环境 。
Recently,China has quickened its steps in the development of higher education The goals of higher education will be achieved through strengthening the quality of teaching and school administration;the idea of quality-first must be fixed strongly We must pay close attention to the standard four-year undergraduate program We must strengthen the leadership;change from outdated traditional educational modes of thought;take effective measures in the development of personnel,education reform and mangement,and teaching environment,to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching quality of higher education Only through realizing the scope,structure,long-term quality,and benefits can the development of the higher education be fully realized Higher education must be the strong point of qualified professionals as it will improve the standard of living of middle-income families,thereby meeting the goals put forward by the 16 th Congress of the Party
