本文通过对广西成人高等院校办学水平现状的调查分析 ,指出了广西成人高等教育迫切需要转变观念 ,正确定位 ,明确目标 ,深化体制改革 ;加强课程设置改革 ;加强师资队伍建设以适应培养“应用型”人才的需要 ,为广西经济和社会发展培养更多合格的“应用型”

Through analyzing and studying the present level condition of running an adult college in Guangxi,this essay points out that the adult higher education in Guangxi urgently needs to change ideas,fix correct position,set up a clear aim and deepen the system's reform;suggests that the urgent matter is to adjust the specialty structure,strengthen the course offering and set up a teacher group to meet the need of training the applied talents.Based on the concrete condiction of Guangxi,the paper also puts forwards that the adult colleges must try their best to enlarge the investment,and make the best use of original resources and the new increases,so as to ensure to meet the need of both the development of adult higher education and the development of economy and society,and to train more qualified applied talents for the development of Guangxi.
