摘要
本文分析了高校管理干部创新素质的内涵 ,论述了培养和提高高校管理干部创新素质的现实意义 。
As far as the administration cadres in higher education are concerned,this thesis analyses the intension of their innovation quality,and then discusses the realistic meaning to train and improve their innovation quality,and finally raises suggestive thoughts on it.
