教育系研究生培养质量现状与改进

The Present Train Quality and Reform of Postgraduate inEducational Department

高师院校教育系研究生在发展我国教育事业、开展教育学科的理论研究、培养师资、提高教师的全面素质方面担负重要使命。本文从生源情况、敬业精神、科研能力、课程设置、导师等方面对湖南师大教育系在读研究生进行问卷调查 ,分析了当前教育专业研究生培养中存在的问题 ,提出了改进措施。

This essay investigated the postgraduates in educational department of Hunan Normal University from 5 sides,such the course of postgraduates,the spirits of postgraduates' career devotion,the ability of science rearch,the location of curriculum and the advisor,then it analizes the present problem in training educational postgraduates and presents the improved measure.
