摘要
T-2毒素是某些植物致病菌的次生代谢产物,尤其是由镰刀菌(Fusarium sp)引致的麦类、玉米等作物的赤霉病,菌体在一定条件下能产生大量的该类毒素.T-2毒素对人畜的毒性很大,同时,还与某些癌症的发病率有密切的关系.T-2毒素的检测方法,常用的有薄层层析法,气相、液相色谱法以及气-质联用等,这些方法。
An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method has been developed for determination of T-2 toxin in wheat. The wheat flour sample was extra cted with chloriform-ehanol(8:2) and the extract was washed with hexane and passed aluminum oxide/charcoal cleanup columns. The extract was then evaporated to remove the organic solvent, diluted with 20% methanol with 0.1 mol sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.4), and used for ELSA. The minimal, detection level for T-2 was Ing/m1(0. ing/assay).The mean recoveries and CV% for wheat spiked with 1-500ng/g of T-2 toxin were 80.4-110.7% and 4.7-19.2%, respectively. Analysis of 10 naturally conta minated samples for T-2 showed positive results. The concentrations found was butween 8 and 126.4ng/g.
