高校校园文化是高校深层次的文化积淀和特殊的文化氛围,是大学生成长发展的“微观”环境。高校校园文化建设,不仅要重视“物理环境”的建设,更应注重心理环境的优化,从而构成一个完整的校园文化环境,有效地发挥其教育与导向作用。
