“两个务必”凝结着历史的经验和教训,是我们民族精神和党的优良传统的有机结合,其核心是一种强烈的忧患意识,体现了中国共产党对国家、对民族高度的责任感。“两个务必”与“三个代表”重要思想一脉相承,是不同历史时期人民利益的本质体现。

A theoretical and historical analysis of the Two 'Must' is made from three aspects in this paper. Firstly, the two 'Must' is the historical experience and lesson. It is the combination of our national spirit and the excellent tradition of our Party. Secondly, the core of the two 'Must' is a strong suffering consciousness. It shows the high responsibility of the Central Party, the country leaders towards the Party, the country and the nationality. The two 'Must' and the important thought 'Three Represents' come from the same origin. They both show the benefits of the people in different historical times.
