面对外资银行的竞争,首先要对中国国内商业银行的经营业绩有一个客观的认识。通过对一家国内商业银行———交通银行和一家国外银行———美洲银行的经营业绩进行对比分析,找出国内外银行的差距,并提出了相应的对策与建议。
