摘要
对激光二极管的光束特性进行了研究.基于二阶矩定义,对激光二极管光束的光束传输因子(M2因子)、束宽、远场发散角和内禀像散不变量等光束特征参数作了理论推导和分析.激光二极管光束的光束特性与激光二极管运行时的多模模阶次和各阶模的权重因子成比例,模阶次越高或高阶模的权重越大,其光束质量越差.对激光二极管光束在自由空间中传输的模拟成像与实验结果相符.
The beam characteristic of laser diode is studied in this paper. Based on the second order moments, the beam propagation factor (M2 factor), beam waist, beam divergence angle and the intrinsic astigmatism of the beam from a laser diode are derived and analyzed theoretically. The beam characteristics of laser diode rely on the order of the multimode and the propo rtion of every mode, the higher the order of the multimode or the more the proportion of every mode, the worst the beam quality from a laser diode. The simulation results of the laser diode beam in free space are in coincidence with experimental results.
