国际工程项目与国内工程项目设计工作的对比分析

COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC ENGINEERING PROJECT DESIGN

结合在国外某石化工程项目的工程设计经验 ,对比分析了国际工程项目与国内工程项目在设计内容及方法上的不同 ,指出了目前国内工程项目设计及项目管理中的不足之处 ,对国内石化项目设计及项目管理工作的改革提出了建议。

Difference in engineering project design content and method between domestic and foreign countries has been compared and analyzed, based on the design experience of a petrochemical project in Iran. Shortcomings in domestic engineering project design and project management have been pointed out and the suggestions were proposed.
