摘要
近年来 ,随着年薪制在全国各地企业中试行 ,理论界对年薪制问题也展开了热烈的讨论。专家学者们对年薪制问题的讨论主要集中在实行年薪制的范围、年薪的确定和构成、年薪标准的差距、经营者应当承担的风险以及对经营者激励方式这几个主要方面。
In recent years, with the annual-salary system trying out in the different parts of China, an ardent discussion about the new practice is emerging in the theoretical circle. Therefore, their main argument focuses on necessity, scope, assessment formation, the gaps of standard, the risks that enterprisers assume and the ways that the businessmen are stimulated to use.
