An Analysis to the Impact of Irregular News Rule on News Operation

新闻规律在新闻运作过程中虽然起着决定性作用 ,但许多非新闻规律也起着非常重要的作用。甚至有些时候 ,非新闻规律的作用已经超过了新闻规律的作用。非新闻规律对新闻运作的影响主要表现在四方面 :一是政治思想、政治制度和政治行为对新闻运作的影响 ;二是经济制度和经济规律对新闻运作的影响 ;三是新闻事业的发展水平对新闻运作的影响 ;四是领导者对新闻运作的影响。分析表明在新闻实践中 ,既要按照新闻规律办事 ,又要重视非新闻规律的作用 ,二者共同指导新闻传媒的运行。

Though regular news rule determines news operation process,many irregular news rules also play an important role in the process.Sometimes the impact of irregular news rules even surpass that of regular news rules.In this paper the author analyses the role of irregular news rule from the following four aspects:political thought,system,and behavior;economic system and law;the developing level of news business;the individual of the leader of a department.This paper shows that both regular and irregular news rule should be emphasized in news practice in order to develop news medium.
