摘要
根据高师院校的教学特点及高师生教学能力的形成规律,构建了高师生教学能力多元评价模式,提出了在操作过程中应突出体现的几种教育思想:1)评价应促进教与学的协调发展;2)评价应促进高师生教学能力的多种个性化因素的发展;3)评价应促进高师生教学能力的全面发展。
Following the teaching characteristics of normal institution of higher learning and the formation law of normal college student's teaching ability,this article has constructed a multidimensional evaluation mode for the teaching ability of collegians from normal institution of higer learning and produces some pedagogical thoughts which should be reflected in the operation of this mode:1)The evaluation must promote the harmonious developement of teaching and learning;2)The evaluation should advance the individualized factors of the teaching ability of the collegians from normal institution of higher learning;3)The evaluation should accelerate the allround development of their teaching ability.
