摘要
介绍一种送风式管架冻结装置的设计,着重分析风速、配管面积和冻结时间的关系。通过理论计算和生产测试得出:增大风速,可提高货物表面放热系数;增加配管面积,可提高蒸发温度。通过这两种方式均可缩短冻结时间、提高鱼品冻结质量。
This article introduces the design of a shelf freezer with fans and analyses the relation amongwind speed, evaportor area and freezing time. According to the theoretical calculation and practicaltests. freezing time can be reduced and fish quality frozen can be improved as wind speed or evaporatorarea are increased so that heat transfer coefficient and evaporating temperatule rise.
