摘要
对粘塑性损伤统一本构模型及其参数确定方法做了简单回顾,提出了一种简单有效的粘塑性参数确定方法,并以定向凝固合金DZ4为例,采用遗传算法进行了优化。同时给出了DZ4蠕变损伤参数和疲劳损伤参数的优化结果。通过循环应力应变计算和蠕变计算,证明所提出的方法是可行的。
The viscoplastic damage uniform constitutive model and the constant evaluation method are reviewed, and a new simple method is presented to determine the material parameters of viscoplastic damage uniform constitutive equations. Then the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the directionally solidified alloy DZ4. This method is proved to be reliable by the calculated saturation loops and creep curves.
