新型微型减速器传动比及传动条件的研究

Transmission Ratio and Transmission Condition of New Type Mini-reducer

提出了新型微型减速器———圆柱三正弦活齿减速器的结构组成及传动原理 ,推导出传动比计算公式 ,研究了圆柱三正弦活齿传动连续传动的必要条件 ,并针对单级圆柱三正弦活齿减速器进行了分析计算。

Structure and transmission theory of cylinder tri-sine oscillating tooth gear reducer, which is a new type mini-reducer, is presented. Formula of transmission ratio is determined and prerequisite of its continuous transmission is studied. Single stage cylinder tri-sine oscillating tooth gear reducer is analyzed and calculated.
