摘要
结合对一台煤矸石绞车继电控制有级调速系统的更新改造,在实现变频调速自动运行的基础上,为克服原系统运行时平稳性差等缺点,采用直接转矩控制方式,实现煤矸石绞车全自动运行,达到提高效率和节约能源的效果。
In this paper, we improved the step-speed change system using relay control on agangue winch. Direct torque control is applied to realize the winch's full-automaticoperation, in order to overcome the defect of the original system, on the basis of realizingautomation operation under frequency control, such as the bad stationarity. The efficiencycan be improved and energy sources can be economized by using this control method.
