The paper introduced the working principle of plastic pipe automatic planet cutting andPLC control system. Based on the study of working flow path of automatic cutting, thehardware and software designs of PLC control system were introduced. Complete theregular length cutting and automatic stacking of the plastic pipe on the line of productionwith the PLC. Improve production efficiency and increase systematic dependability andflexibility.
