双管原子捕集火焰原子吸收光谱法测定饮用水中的铅

摘要 用水冷双石英管作捕集器进行了原子捕集火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铅的条件及应用研究。对影响灵敏度的各种因素进行了试验,确定了最佳实验參数,在283.3nm,得到特征浓度为8.8×10^(-4)μg/ml,方法的精确度为2.26%,用于直接测定饮用水中的铅,结果令人满意。 Measurent conditions and use for atom trapping flame atom-absorption spectrometry using the water-cooled quartz tubes as a trap were studied Several factors that have influnce on sensitivity were examined. The optimum parameters were obtained. At the 283.3nm line, the characteristic concentration observed was 8.8×10^(-4)μg/ml, the precision of the method was found to be 2.26%. The technique was applied to the determination of lead in potable waters The satisfactory result was obtained
