连铸板坯二冷模型及配水制度的优化 被引量:1

Optimization of secondary cooling model and water distribution for continuous slab casting

摘要 建立连铸板坯的二维凝固传热数学模型,运用有限差分法求解并编制计算机程序。通过优化二冷配水制度来达到改善铸坯质量的要求。在确定目标表面温度时进行相应的铸坯高温力学性能实验,针对鞍钢生产过程中铸坯质量的实际问题设计了一种新的冷却水表。 In this paper, a mathematical model for heat transfer in solidification of continuous cast slab has been established, which uses the difference equation and computer programme lo calculate. The model consists of two - dimension equations for unsteady condition and boundary condition. In order to improve the quality of slab, it is important to optimize the nile of water distribution. The thennodynamic properly have been tested for defining the targel temperature of slab surface and the new type of cooling water meter has been designed aiming at the quality problems of production in Ansteel.
