摘要
全数字式油罐计量、监测装置可同时对多个油罐内液体的压力、温度、液位及质量等进行实时监测、显示和报警,并可与上位机通信联网.其关键技术是通过高精度的智能压力(或液位等)变送器输出的HART信号等进行数据采集和通信,同时可利用HART通信接口协议,对智能变送器进行常规的在线维护.由于系统工作在全数字方式下,从而使得系统结构得以简化和避免了采样误差、零点漂移及电源波动、线路噪声、空间电磁干扰等因素的影响,数据结果完全由变送器的精度和计量算法决定.装置已投入多处现场使用,效果良好.
The full digital measurement and monitoring device realizes realtime supervision, display and warning of the pressure and temperature of several oil tanks at the same time, and communicates with the central computer through network. The key technology is that the system collects the HART signal from highly accurate intelligent pressure sensors (or liquid position sensors, etc.), and implements the routine online maintenance according to the HART interface communication agreement. With a full digital operation mode, the structure of the device is simplified, and the device can avoid impacts of many disturbance factors, such as sampling error, zero point shift, power fluctuation, line noise, spatial electric and magnetic disturbance, and so on. The data measured by the device are mainly determined by the accuracy of sensors and measurement algorithms. The device has been put in onthespot use, and produced good effect.
