摘要
胶接修理是弥补复合材料结构在制造和服役过程中产生的损伤与缺陷的主要方法之一。文中通过强度试验研究在复合材料层板外表面粘接复合材料补片这种临时修理方法的实际效果 ,并讨论主要修理参数———补片直径、厚度。
A kind of adhesive bonding repair method, which is to bond a composite patch on the outer surface of the damaged structure, was utilized to remedy the manufacturing defects and damages in service of composite structures. The repair efficiency, expressed by the strength recovery, was experimentally studied by the monotonic tension test of the repaired structures. The influence of the repair parameters on the repair efficiency, including the patch diameter, thickness and lay up method, were discussed. It is concluded that the strength recovery can reach 75% for the penetrated damage and 90% for the semi penetrated damaged, by adequately selecting the repair parameters.
