摘要
水轮发电机稳态运行时 ,定、转子磁场中心的轴向错位使定、转子间产生轴向磁拉力 ,影响推力轴承的稳定运行。文中用保角变换分析三峡水轮发电机转子的伸出端磁场 ,得到伸出端磁场的解析表达式 ,并由此导出转子端部的轴向电磁力的解析表达式 ,并应用多尺度法 ,得到转子系统轴向非线性振动的一次近似解。最后 ,使用某发电机组的电磁参数 。
When hydroturbine generator runs in steady state, the axial electromagnetic force will be caused by its axial displacement from magnetic neutral. A knowledge of this force is essential to the safe application of thrust bearings. In this article, the process of resolving axial electromagnetic force is broken down into three steps which are analyzed and discussed. First axial magnetic field of rotor ending was resolved by applying conformal transform. Then the results can generate analytical expression of axial electromagnetic force effecting on the rotor ending. Then applying multiple scales method, the first approximation solution of axial non linear vibration of rotor is obtained. Finally the relationship between axial displacement and axial electromagnetic force was discussed applying electromagnetic parameters of a huge unit.
