乙烯压缩机机座异常变形的分析及防治

摘要 采用有限元数值模拟和模型试验方法 ,分析某炼油厂乙烯压缩机机座箱体侧板异常变形产生的原因 ,证实机座箱体变形是由于箱体内冷凝水结冰体积膨胀导致侧板塑性变形长期累积的结果。分析结果表明 ,正常工作条件下 (排除结冰因素 )机座箱体的变形不会继续发展 ,且不影响压缩机的正常运行 ,建议保留到下次大修时再更换机座箱体 ,且新箱体顶板上不再开孔。 By using the finite element numerical simulation and model test, the reason of unusual deformation of the side plate of ethylene compressor base box in a refinery was investigated. It is proved that bulging deformation of side plate is the result of plastic deformation, caused by water freezing and thawing in box, accumulated for a long time. The deformation of base box will not continue expanding at normal working condition, and will not influence on the normal operation of compressor. It is suggested that the box need not be changed until next overhaul and the hole at the top plate of new box should not be set up.
