摘要
针对一种新型压缩天然气城市公交客车的结构特点 ,对其结构强度及其安全性进行研究。使用梁和壳结合单元等复杂单元建立车身结构有限元模型 ,对该客车在匀速直线行驶、一轮悬空、紧急制动和急速转弯等工况时的整车车身结构强度进行计算与分析。
Analyses the structural strength of a new kind of compressed natural gas (CNG) city bus. Some heavy CNG tanks were loaded on the top of the bus body, which may greatly affect the bus body strength and safety performance. The analysis is based on a bar shell integrated finite element model. The analysis result included in four different running cases decided by the rule, such as, running with uniform velocity, braking suddenly, one wheel hanging in the air, steering quickly, and the bus body weakness structure is advised based on the strength analysis results.
