摘要
高抗裂新型混凝土材料的技术是将聚丙烯纤维和硫铝酸盐型膨胀剂作为高抗裂组分一起掺入混凝土中 ,使各自的抗裂效应互为补充 ,相互加强 ,显著提高混凝土材料的抗裂性能。采用这种新技术配制补偿收缩纤维混凝土 ,在广州新白云国际机场航站楼工程施工中应用4万m3 以上 ,在超长和超大型混凝土结构抗裂。
Adding polypropylene fiber and sulphoaluminate expansive agent as the hgh cracking resistance components into concrete,a new concrete material with with high cracking resistance has been prepared.The compensation shrinkage fiber concrete has been produced by using this new technology as above,and the concrete was used for the construction of new Baiyun international airport building project in Guangzhou over 40000m2,Practices show,the satisfactory result has been obtained in the field of cracking resistance and anti-cracking for super-length and super-large scale concrete structures.
