摘要
经LAS污染后,土壤中细菌、真菌数量和种属组成都发生了变化,这反映在种多样性系数值和样地相似程度均有所下降。从土壤中分离获得的脱LAS菌分属于细菌11个属、真菌7个属。对具有脱LAS能力的细菌进行电泳质粒检测,发现大多数菌株中带有LAS降解性质粒。
There are some changes in amount and composition of bacteria and fungi in the soil polluted, by LAS, for example, species diversity and similarity are decreased. The seperated bacteria which can biodegrade LAS belong to 11 genera. and the fungibelong to 7 genera. Through the experiment of plasmid detection, we found that most of bacteria which can degrade LAS have a LAS biodegradative plasmid.
